7. Service Providers

Confidant Hearts relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of the Service. These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.

Our current application infrastructure includes Supabase for application database and authentication functionality and Vercel for application hosting and deployment infrastructure.

Additional providers may be used as Confidant Hearts develops, including providers supporting communications, payments, verification, security, analytics, or other operational functions.

We may also disclose information to service providers that process information on our behalf for legitimate operational purposes.

9. Sale of Personal Information

Confidant Hearts does not sell personal information for money.

Privacy laws may define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising more broadly than an ordinary monetary sale. If Confidant Hearts later introduces advertising or data practices covered by those definitions, this Privacy Policy and any required privacy controls will be updated accordingly.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information associated with the Service.

No website, application, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their passwords and account credentials and should notify Confidant Hearts if they believe their account has been compromised.

Some information may remain in backups or records for a limited period after account deletion where reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or technical purposes.

12. Account and Privacy Choices

Members may be able to review or update certain account and profile information through profile and account settings available within the Service.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other processing of your personal information.

13. Account Deletion

Members may request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
