By creating an account, accessing, or using Confidant Hearts, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Confidant Hearts.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Confidant Hearts.

By using the service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the service.

Confidant Hearts is intended exclusively for adults. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or participate in the service.

Confidant Hearts is designed around authentic profiles and genuine interaction. Information, photographs, videos, and other content you provide should accurately represent you.

You may not knowingly provide materially false or misleading profile information, impersonate another individual, or upload photographs or videos that falsely represent your identity.

We may use account, photo, selfie, video, phone, or other verification procedures to promote authenticity and platform safety. Verification does not constitute a guarantee regarding a member's identity, character, intentions, background, or conduct.

You agree to treat other members respectfully and use Confidant Hearts only for lawful purposes.

You may not use Confidant Hearts to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
• Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, or financial exploitation.
• Solicit money or financial information from members deceptively.
• Impersonate another person.
• Distribute spam or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
• Upload unlawful or unauthorized content.
• Promote hatred, violence, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to compromise another member's account or privacy.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically collect member information without authorization.
• Use the service for trafficking, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful commercial sexual activity.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Confidant Hearts, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant Confidant Hearts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you submit and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Confidant Hearts may allow members to communicate through private messaging and video calling.

Members are responsible for their own communications and interactions. You must not record, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit another member's private communications without authorization where doing so would violate applicable law or that member's rights.

We may restrict access to communication features when necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, or maintain the security of the service.

Confidant Hearts cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, background, statements, conduct, compatibility, or safety of any member.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with members and when deciding whether to meet someone in person.

When meeting another member, consider meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going, maintaining control of your transportation, and avoiding sending money or sensitive financial information to someone you have met through the service.

Members may be able to report accounts or conduct that they believe violates our rules.

We may investigate reports and take action we consider appropriate, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

We are not obligated to disclose confidential moderation information or the details of another member's account.

Certain Confidant Hearts features may require a paid membership. Prices, membership periods, included features, and applicable payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Additional billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may apply to paid memberships and will be disclosed as required by applicable law and the payment method used.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or that present a risk to members or the service.

Members may stop using Confidant Hearts at any time and may use available account-management features to manage or request deletion of their account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed before creating or using an account.

The Confidant Hearts service, branding, design, software, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for your own content, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected portions of the service except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of Confidant Hearts from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will operate without interruption or error.

We do not guarantee that use of Confidant Hearts will result in a match, conversation, relationship, meeting, or any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Confidant Hearts and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Confidant Hearts may rely on third-party technology and service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, communications, payments, security, analytics, or other operational services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to terms or policies provided by those third parties.
