Confidant Hearts
Community Guidelines
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
1. Our Community
Confidant Hearts is intended to provide adults with a respectful environment for forming genuine romantic and personal connections.
Every member is expected to treat other members with dignity, honesty, and respect.
2. Be Authentic
Your profile should represent who you actually are. Do not impersonate another person, intentionally misrepresent your identity, or use another person's photographs as though they were your own.
Materially false or deceptive profile information may result in account restriction or removal.
3. Respect Other Members
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, unwanted sexual conduct, or repeated unwanted contact are not permitted.
If another member indicates that they do not want further contact, respect that decision.
4. No Hate or Discrimination
Content or behavior that attacks, degrades, threatens, or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics is not permitted.
5. No Scams or Financial Exploitation
Confidant Hearts may not be used to deceive members for money, property, financial information, account credentials, gifts, investments, cryptocurrency, or other financial benefit.
Do not pressure members to send money or disclose sensitive financial information.
6. No Commercial Solicitation
Member accounts may not be used primarily to advertise, recruit, sell products or services, distribute spam, promote other dating services, or conduct unauthorized commercial activity.
7. Sexual Content and Exploitation
Sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, and unlawful commercial sexual activity are prohibited.
Never share intimate content involving another person without that person's permission.
8. Adults Only
Confidant Hearts is exclusively for people who are at least 18 years old.
Content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
9. Photos, Videos, and Profile Content
Upload only content that you have the right to use. Profile photographs and verification media must not intentionally misrepresent your identity.
Content that is unlawful, threatening, exploitative, or seriously abusive may be removed.
10. Messaging
Messaging should be used for genuine communication between members. Spam, threats, harassment, scams, repeated unwanted messages, and deceptive solicitations are prohibited.
11. Video Calls
Members participating in video calls must follow the same standards that apply elsewhere on Confidant Hearts.
Do not expose another person to threatening, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual conduct during a video call.
12. Protect Privacy
Do not publish another member's private information, private messages, photographs, videos, contact information, or other personal information without authorization where doing so would violate their rights or applicable law.
13. Safety When Meeting
Members are responsible for deciding whether and when to meet another member in person.
Consider meeting in a public location, telling someone you trust where you are going, maintaining control of your transportation, and avoiding circumstances that make it difficult to leave safely.
14. Reporting
If you encounter behavior that appears to violate these Guidelines, use available reporting features or Confidant Hearts support channels.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.
15. Enforcement
Confidant Hearts may review reported or detected activity and take action when appropriate.
Actions may include warnings, content removal, loss of features, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
16. Attempts to Evade Enforcement
Creating additional accounts or using another person's account to evade a restriction or suspension is prohibited.
17. Changes to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated as Confidant Hearts develops and as safety, legal, or operational requirements change.
