Account & Login Help
If you are having difficulty accessing your account, signing in, completing your profile, or using a Confidant Hearts feature, contact our support address and describe the problem you are experiencing.
Membership & Billing
For questions about memberships, charges, cancellations, or refund requests, contact support and include enough information for us to identify the issue.
Do not send full credit card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive financial credentials by email.
Safety Concerns
If another member is harassing you, threatening you, attempting to scam you, impersonating someone, or otherwise violating our Community Guidelines, use available reporting features when possible and contact Confidant Hearts support if additional assistance is needed.
Immediate Danger
Confidant Hearts is not an emergency response service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Do not wait for a response from Confidant Hearts support.

Questions or requests concerning your personal information, privacy rights, account information, or account deletion may be sent to:
Reporting Abuse or Fraud
Reports involving suspected scams, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, threats, or serious abuse should include the relevant member or account information and a description of what occurred.
Do not place yourself in danger to gather additional evidence.
What to Include
To help us understand your request, include the email address associated with your Confidant Hearts account when appropriate and a clear description of the issue.
Never email your password, authentication code, full payment card number, Social Security number, or other highly sensitive credentials.
